Getting the most of your Massage
- Drink plenty of water
- It is highly recommended to rest the following day after a massage. Recovery takes 24hrs to 48hrs for full enhanced performance. When muscles get massaged, micro tears happen to the muscles which natural growth takes place after.
- Following your massage, do a few gentle stretches on your own. This helps release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and improve circulation. It’s also a great way to tune into your body, alleviate stress, and quiet your mind.
