What is Journaling?
Journaling is a process to write down your thoughts on paper by including the date and time. It’s a clear indication that your today and tomorrow will not have the same storyline.
Journaling can also be an indicator of where one is physically, mentally and emotionally in their respective season.
We want this journal community to help you connect the dots and to paint the picture to see the patterns in your life.
Periodically you may find yourself reading a prior journal entry to compare where you were before and where you are today!
